LNG & Cryogenic: Chile LNG

The Quintero LNG terminal initially regasified 10Mm³/d when operations begin in 2009 with a final maximum level of 15Mm³/d. The complex comprises a quay approximately 1,300m long, unloading arms, two storage tanks of around 160,000m³ capacity each, two small storage tanks of 10,000m³ capacity and a vaporisation station.

PJ Valves supplied packages containing valves for cryogenic service, and non-cryogenic valves for associated processes. The scope of supply involved managing sub-orders from our own manufacturing works, and partner factories. PJ Valves supplied Ball, DBB, Globe and Check valves in stainless steel, up to 2” in size and 900# pressure class.

PJ Valves supplied all valves with the 28 week required delivery. This allowed our clients package to continue unimpeded and be delivered to site on schedule.
