PJ Valves, a leader in the global valve and actuator industry, proudly announces the completion of its latest factory expansion in Pune, India. This significant development showcases PJ Valves' unwavering commitment to innovation, enhanced production capabilities, and meeting the evolving needs of its clients.
The new facility increases PJV ball and butterfly valve manufacturing capacity by over 2.5 times. The expansion also enables the company to continue to develop its services – including a new paint shop, actuation enhancements, and investments in QA. Notably, the expansion has also been a catalyst for job creation, with an increase of 25% in new, skilled positions within the organization.
This build was achieved within a swift eight-month timeline, meticulously planned and executed without disruption to the ongoing production processes. This was made possible because of the experienced and capable team who managed this expansion alongside busy production with minimal disruption to customers.
