Standard Design

Our Gate, Globe and Check valve designs have the ability to meet any end user specification.

​Integral flanges are used on the valves. The obvious benefit is material strength integrity and increased longevity and performance of our valves.

Packing option to certify valves with fugitive emissions tests to ISO 15848.

Our closed die forgemaster has 3rd party accreditations of the highest standard for materials for example Statoil approved QTR qualified to NORSOK M650 edition IV.

Full and reduced bore as customer requirement.

High quality forged steel material is used for our entire Gate, Globe & Check Range. Statoil approved QTR qualified to NORSOK M650 edition IV.

Garlock ESVP 9000 Packing available


Our Cryogenic Gate, Globe and Check valve range is suitable for temperatures down to -196 degrees Celsius. The Cryogenic Gate & Globe valves feature an integral extension.

Type testing is completed for the entire range with certification.

Design Features

Design Standards

API602, BS15761, ASME B16.10, ASME B16.5, ASME B16.9, ASME B16.11, ASME B16.34, NACE MR 0175 for sour oil and gas applications.

Seat Design

Choice of seating arrangements including Stellite and Triballoy– used for extreme wear applications combined with high temperature and corrosive media applications.

Stem Seals

Choice of stem seals specific to service including graphite, PTFE and Garlock 9000 EVSP Simplified® for low fugitive emission requirements. Bellows seal design for toxic and dangerous fluids.

Degreased Options

For oxygen and chlorine service, valves follow stringent cleaning procedures.

Locking Devices

Available on request.


We test to API 6D, API 598/EN 12266-1. Metal seated valves inherently firesafe. Cryogenic type tested to BS6364.

Emissions testing to CO1, CO2 EN12266-2.
