Project background
Designed to receive and process gas from offshore production wells, completion of the onshore processing plant formed an integral part of reaching first gas on Eni's prestigious Zohr project.
PJ Valves collaborated with the EPC contractor, responsible for the fast-track completion of this essential infrastructure. Manufacturing over 4,000 valves, PJ Valves managed bulk handling, inspection and packing, whilst retaining traceability of a range of valves with elastomer compatibility restrictions for different segments of the gas treatment process.
Expert project management and close work with our customers facilitated numerous scope changes with minimal impact to schedules, allowing site construction to remain on track.

Scope of supply
PJ Valves both manufactured and packaged a complete scope of manual and actuated valves to meet the projects’ rapid lead-time. The project was high profile and high octane. PJ Valves supplied over 4000 valves to the project. In addition, we were instructed by our client to proceed on an LOI basis and the first valves were ready before the official order.
Outcome
We supported our client to deliver the fastest scale EPF with very high service and manufacturing performance.
