PJV supplied ESD valves in strict accordance with our customer’s process needs. The scope comprised of large-bore, metal seated, Trunnion Mounted Ball valves. Designed for high pressure operation and manufactured in compliance with API598, these Duplex Stainless Steel valves were supplied complete with hydraulic actuators and controls.

PJV worked with our customer throughout their tender process to provide pricing and specification support. Working closely with the client, end user approval was granted for our product, an option that met the planned delivery schedule and ensured the project’s technical and quality requirements were satisfied. Through developing a solid understanding of the project’s needs, PJV were able to work with our client to help reduce costs within the supply chain whilst maintaining the quality which both PJV and our client are committed to providing.

Our customer was particularly pleased with our work to manage the costs of raw material prices with our established supply chain, resulting in significant cost savings. Working closely with our own facilities and sub-contractors ensured the valves were supplied on time, enabling the project to start on schedule. Our communication skills, documentation quality, project management and drive to support the project resulted in strong customer feedback relating to our performance both pre- and post- order.
